Among them, gas cylinders are our main products. This gas cylinder is the medium for liquefied carbon dioxide. There are many gas cylinders in our lives, such as oxygen cylinders and gas cylinders. These are gas cylinders.

Gas cylinders mainly refer to disposable or refillable mobile pressure vessels that include different pressures, different volumes, different structural forms and different materials for storing and transporting permanent gas, liquefied gas and dissolved gas. This pressure vessel has a volume of no more than 1000L, and is used for refillable compressed air without adiabatic mobile pressure vessels.

Among them, the natural gas bottles on the big trucks we can see in our daily lives. This gas cylinder generally has a volume of 50-140 liters, a pressure of 20 MPa, and an outer diameter of 325 mm. There are two types of all-steel bottles, one is full-circle winding. The winding bottle is a new technology with higher safety and light weight. The material of the winding layer is glass fiber, and the main body of the cylinder is 30CrMo. Inside, very practical.

We know that gas will be filled in the cylinder, so before handling the cylinder, pay attention to the following:

1. The gas cylinder before filling should be responsible for inspection by one person at a time.

2. Whether there are cracks, severe corrosion, obvious deformation and other serious external damage defects on the outer surface of the cylinder.

3. Whether the color marking on the outer surface of the gas cylinder is consistent with the specified marking of the gas contained.

4. Whether domestic gas cylinders are produced by a unit that has a "Cylinder Manufacturing License."

5. Is there any residual pressure in the cylinder. If there is residual gas, it should be qualitatively identified.

6. Whether the outlet thread type of the gas cylinder bottle valve is in accordance with the requirements of the installed gas: for the gas valve bottle valve, the outlet thread is left-handed, for non-flammable gas bottle valves, the outlet thread is right-handed.

These are points that need special attention to ensure the safety of personnel and the service life of the cylinder.
